

The 2026 International Conference on Digital Society and Information Technology (ICDSIT 2026) will be held in Guiyang - China from November 13th to 15th, 2026. The deep integration of digital society and information technology is reshaping the global landscape at an unprecedented speed, becoming the core driving force for social transformation and high-quality economic development. From digital governance, smart livelihoods to intelligent manufacturing and digital culture, the innovative application of information technology is breaking industry boundaries, converting massive digital resources into development momentum, profoundly changing people's production and lifestyle as well as social operation models, and driving human society to move towards a more efficient, intelligent and convenient digital era.
ICDSIT 2026 aims to provide a high-level international academic exchange platform for experts, scholars, engineers and students from the global academic and industrial communities. The goal is to share cutting-edge achievements, showcase digital social governance, information technology innovation, big data application, artificial intelligence integration, digital infrastructure construction and its cross-disciplinary practices, as well as the latest research breakthroughs. For authors who are not affiliated with member institutions of the ACM Open Program, ACM charges an article processing charge (APC) for OA publication. However, the ICDSIT 2026 conference committee has agreed that the conference will pay all applicable APCs. All papers will therefore be published OA at no cost to authors.
